Good rates for Muscat. The location is good, being near the beach and some shops. Huge room, good breakfast. We would definatley stay again.

Location is pretty good, close to the beach and near to the major international hotels.

The television is not working. Besides, it is very noisy as it located next to the main road and a lot of motorists were racing at night. Breakfast should be improved. Also, should put up sign board at the other side of the building as the current sign board is not visible.

Nothing, room booked was flirthy, dirty and eventually after 20 minutes we decided to leave, hygiene standard was not good enough to have our child touching anything in that room

As above, dirty room, located on the street, without window covers....nightmare...please remove this so called hotel from the list...kItchen was equipped with oven which we couldn't turn off, we were afraid to go on fire overnight..apparently they had a fire on electrical intallations recently....never again...

Two-bedroom suite good value for family members travelling together.

The Beach Hotel is not pricy, you want basic, you get basic! We asked for a non smoking room and got it.

The swimming pool was filthy, there was a dirt layer on it, Breakfast didn't taste good.

Location and spacious one bed room apartment to which we were upgraded from standart room - it was good with 2 kids to have more space

Breakfast was ok for the money but quality of food and coffee in overall was not the best, they should clean up the hotel add a smile and it will be much better as the building itself and the location are really competetive. So the prices are. Beddings and towels were clean though swimmimg poool and area around it didn t look attractive at all - water was blured and plastic green-painted plants just made me smile.

Run down, poor staff, no facilities, cracked sanitary ware in the bathroom, bed linen worn out. Restaurant a health hazzard.Generally a terrible place in a beautiful setting.Cockroache in the bedroom!

The breakfast was reasonable. The staf were helpful.

the apartment was very dirty, not at all well equipped )one cup, no cutlery), and extremely noisy - traffic only a few feet away. Totally misrepresented in the advertising, and should not be classed as 'a hotel' at all. More like rented accommodation. We stayed only one night out of a 3 night stay (and would have not stayed the first night except that when we complained we were told we had to pay anyway, and it was late). Location was very misleading also - implied close to the beach - you would have tocross dual carriageways and walk quite a distance to get to the beach. Could definitely not be seen from the hotel.
